Landscaping Team Leader ($25-$30/hr)

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Lead to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can lead a crew, deliver high-quality work, and represent our company professionally on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a small crew while actively performing landscaping services
• Motivate, coach, and mentor team members to ensure high performance
• Complete daily jobs efficiently and to company standards
• Communicate with clients on-site and address questions or concerns
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company procedures
• Prepare weekly reports on completed jobs and team performance
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new crew members

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of landscaping experience (required)
• Previous leadership or crew lead experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labour daily
• Willingness to work occasional paid overtime

Compensation

• $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
